Sunday September 20 Catholic Spirit Radio is hosting an Outdoor Rosary Event locally to celebrate the soon Beatification of Fulton Sheen.
Address: 108 Boeykens Place in Normal, IL 61761. Festivities begin at 1:00PM. This family-friendly event includes opportunities for the following: *Prayer and Fellowship *Purchase lunch from Tony's Tacos Food Truck *Touch your rosary to a Sheen relic *Take a selfie with life-like cardboard cut-out of Fulton Sheen * Giveaways *Just for the Kids- Make your own World Mission rosary!. A recording of Fulton Sheen will lead us in the Glorious Mysteries Mission Rosary at 2:30PM. Prayers for the whole world!. Bring your rosaries & lawn chairs.

Married couples, mothers, fathers, grandparents and siblings of aborted children, as well as persons who have been involved in the abortion industry have come to Rachel's Vineyard to find peace and inner healing Friday October 2 thru Sunday, October 4. The retreat is an opportunity to examine your abortion experience, identify ways that loss has impacted you in the past and present, and helps to acknowledge any unresolved feelings that many individuals struggle with after abortion. OCTOBER 3 - UNCOUPLED CATHOLIC MASS & DINNER/CORN MAZE (BLOOMINGTON)
Uncoupled Catholics is a Catholic singles friendshipand social group (of all adult ages).They will meet for 4:30PM Mass at St Mary’s in Downs, IL. Afterwards, they will head over to Rader Family Farms in Normal for dinner and the annual Flashlight Night Maze at 6:30PM. Feel free to attend part of the event or the entire night of activities.
OCTOBER 4 - LIFE CHAIN (SILENT WITNESS AGAINST ABORTION IN FRONT OF CATHOLIC PARISH) (NORMAL)
The annual Life Chain from2-3PM on College Ave. in front of Epiphany Church. Life Chain is a prayerful, silent witness against abortion. Signs will be handed out in Epiphany’s parking lot before2pm. Please do not bring your own sign. Call Kathy Janke at(309) 242-8893 with any questions.

1st SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH - JOIN A CARMELITE SPIRITUALITY GROUP
At 9AM, the "Carmelite Spirituality Group" will meet at historic St. Patrick's Catholic Church in the parish hall, in Bloomington. Is God calling you to become a Third Order Lay Carmelite? Do you want to learn more about the Carmelite way? If you are 18 years or older, and a Catholic in good standing, you are invited to attend the meetings held every 1st Saturday of the month. They are an Order of Franciscan Seculars who meet the fourth Sunday of each month in the St Mary's of Bloomington Parish Hall (lower level below church) from 2:00 to 4:00PM.
