DECEMBER 7 – MASS: /IMMIGRATION/TRAFFICKING/REPARATION OF SINS
A special Mass for Reparation of sins and the crises of immigration and human trafficking will be at St. Mary’s Church in Pontiac at 8AM. Contributions will go to Catholic Charities Initiative “Building Bridges of Hope.”

DECEMBER 8 – CATHOLIC SCHOOL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR IN LINCOLN
Carroll Catholic School in Lincoln is having its annual Christmas bazaar from 7:30AM-12PM. Adult tickets to the breakfast will cost $9 and children aged 4-12 cost $5. Also, there is a raffle drawing.
DECEMBER 8 – CHURCH BAKE SALE/BAZAAR
St. Michael Archangel Church in Streator is having its annual bake sale and Bazaar from 10AM-2PM in their cafeteria. There will be baked goods, candies, home-made Christmas treats, raffles, gifts, arts and crafts and vendors. Lunch will be available.
DECEMBER 8 – BREAKFAST WITH SANTA (PONTIAC)
Breakfast with Santa will be from 7:30-11:30AM at St. Mary’s parish hall in Pontiac. It costs $8 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12. No family will have to pay more than $30 regardless of how many children they have.

Holy Trinity Church in Bloomington is hosting an Illinois Wesleyan Christmas Choral Concert at 3PM.

Historic St. Patrick Church (Bloomington) will have a 3PM holy hour to pray for more vocations and for the sanctification and protection of priests and seminarians.

Come to St. Mary's Chapel (Bloomington) from 6:30-7:30PM to pray for future vocations (priests & nuns) and in thanksgiving for current seminarians.
DECEMBER 10 - FAUSTINA: LOVE AND MERCY (CATHOLIC MOVIE; ONLY TODAY)
The new Catholic movie, Love and Mercy, is showing at 7PM at Marcus Bloomington Cinema, the Ovation Cinema in Bloomington and the AMC Starplex in Normal. This docudrama explains the meaning of the phrase "Jesus, I trust in you." God requested for Saint Faustina to convey to the world that God is willing to be merciful to anyone regardless of their past sins if they're truly sorry.
DECEMBER 11 - FAITH IN ACTION ORIENTATION
Faith in Action of Bloomington-Normal is having a volunteer orientation from 11AM-12:30PM. They help senior citizens combat social isolation and help them remain in their homes for as long as possible. They need volunteers to assist seniors including rides, visits & shopping. DECEMBER 12 - HARVEST MASS IN CHATSWORTH
Father Sabel and Father Adam Cesarek extend an invitation to come to Saints. Peter & Paul Church in Chatsworth, to thank the Lord for another bountiful harvest. At 5:30, the Rosary will be prayed, Mass is at 6PM, and lastly a meal will be served in the church’s parish hall. DECEMBER 14 - CCHS BAND CONCERT/FUND-RAISER @ STORE
Bloomington’s Central Catholic High School’s band & choir will be at the Barnes & Noble from 9:30-11:30AM. The event features Christmas performances by their choir and different sections of their band. They will also wrap gifts. Your in-store purchases (merchandise and cafe) and online purchases from December 14-19 will help their school’s Music Saints program. Mention the CCHS Music Fundraiser at checkout.

At Epiphany Church's Parish Hall in Normal, there will be a gathering for fellowship of Epiphany Parish’s young adults (ages 21-35 approximately) starting at around 6:30PM or a little later. At this free event, there is a meal and discussion about faith topics.
